Welcome to 2019.....I wishes you all a happy and wonder new year of 2019, may you all have a great adventurous journey for this year to fulfill all your dreams. The determination to grab all golden chances and strike for excellences are the key to unlock all the beautiful aims. Make sure there is no one going to stop your route to excel no matter how hard and tough the situation is. Keep your eyes and mind wide open to continue the road and clear all the debris that might block your way to success. There will be rough times but there also will be good times for you. Just be nice and treat good to others. GOD will help you in unexpected ways, forsure.
As for me, i'll pray for the best this year! I don't like to explain my new year resolution because it is important to take action rather than explanation. Since the majority of people fail to stick their resolution. I think i would like to give some throwback of what did i do for last year, obviously for 2018 of course so that i could remember the moments of ups and downs that i have been through as a companion and experience throughout the rest of my life. Besides, i'm rarely write in this blog due to the time constraint and few commitments. I miss blogging so much. I used to blog everyday especially during my studies (teenager's life). Alright, back to adult's life. I've learned a lot throughout that year. Sometimes i screwed up things too. But i've never regret of what've i done. It's a learning process and we can't be perfect all the time. At least, we understand it and improves.
GOD, family and close friends that gives support of who i am today. Now, it's my time to sit down and share some of my 2018 moments. 2018 was a year that have surprised me with awesome things. I think i'm getting to understand and compromise with work-life-balance. Actually I’ve got promoted after i went back from Korea.
Yeah it is pretty amazing to get promoted and I’m happy about it. Well of
course, if we get promoted we will have more responsibilities to handle. I hope
I can managed it well and cope everything in smooth and good way. I also have
my own business right now. Yes, it is a new job that I do. My business is still
growing and keep on improving. I am more to building and construction business.
I also have some workers that work with me. I’ve completed a contract for
air-condition installations for apartment that consist of 30 levels and each
level have 4 house units. Well, all works went smoothly and finished on
schedule. I’m happy about it. It was
pretty challenging though, but I like it and it’s completed. I'm waiting for another business challenge in the future to learn more about business world.
Of course you know Korea right. Are you a big fan of Korean KPOP? Have you heard about KPOP before? Maybe you should google it if you’re not sure about it. Well, I went to Korea for 6 days with my family. We have planned this trip for about 2 months before. I’m very excited to go there. It’s one of my dream vacation. During the day before we fly to Korea, I was almost forget that I have a plane to catch at midnight. I am pretty busy with my work in the office and suddenly my sister called me and said, ‘are you on your way to the airport?’ AND I was like, WHATTTT..is it today?? Is the flight today?? As fast as lightning, I quickly go to the bus station and catch a bus to go to the airport. Luckily I already packed all my stuffs last night because I am so damn excited about Korea. HAHHAHH! This moment will be a moment that I will never forget because I almost missed my flight to Korea because of my works. During my vacation to Korea, the season there was end of winter and the beginning of spring. So the weather there was cold and damn cold at night. The flowers are starting to bloom. We went to so many places there such as Nami Island, Seoul, Itaewon, Incheon and Suwon. We also went to the famous theme park in Korea, which is Everland Theme Park. I had so much fun there. During that day, the theme park was having a Spring Theme. There were so many kind of beautiful and colourful flowers, real flowers! The tulips are soooo GORGEOUS!!! The Safari World is mind blowing. I really enjoyed there so much. I could see all the animals in front of my eyes. We also went to the Kimchi School. We learned to make proper and delicious kimchi. Kimchi is the famous food in Korea and Korean are eating kimchi everyday on every meals. Kimchi is a must! I also tried Topoki and Mochi. They are very nice. Those are popular snacks for Korean and you can easily find then at MyuenDong Street Market. It is the famous area among tourists. I also get to see the cherry blossom that already bloomed in some part of Korea. It is so cute and beautiful. In Japan the cherry blossom flower also known as Sakura. But in Korea, they called it as cherry blossom flower. It is cute and small pink in colour. Well, I guess I can tell so much about my vacation in South Korea. Well, I think 2018 I’ve been travelling a lot to other country. I don’t know why..HAHAH! Some of the vacation I’ve planned before but some is spontaneous. Of course I love to travel. I have some savings for travelling too. I went to Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam and Singapore. Quite a lot right. For me, each country have their own speciality and uniqueness. I love to see all the countries. I spend a wonderful and great time there. I've got to see many beautiful places and experiences new things in real. I went to Krabi, Thailand because I really wanna see the beautiful islands around it. There are so many beautiful islands to explore. Many beautiful and breath taking of private beaches too. I spend the whole day at the beach, cave exploring, island hiking and watch the sunset while enjoying dinner by the seaside. Such a heavenly feeling ever. I also tried so many delicious Thai cuisine and damn fresh fruit juices ever. My favourite part was the fruit juice. So damn juicy and fresh. My favourite Thai food are Som Tam and Tom Yam. That kind of food is a must! If you go to visit Thailand you must try that food. Delicious but a bit spicy. But, DELICIOUS!! I’m sure gonna go to visit another parts of Thailand in future.
The other trip was planned on the spot. Actually my friends and i were talking about some country that we wanted to visit. Guess what?? Out of sudden, we said about Vietnam. We do have friend from Vietnam in our office. But she already resigned and went back to her hometown because of family matters. We planned to meet her there. VIETNAM! Yes it was very spontaneous thought. 3 weeks before we went to Vietnam, we booked a hotel and flight tickets. Luckily the ticket was in reasonable price. We confirmed with our Vietnamese friend that we will be going to meet her soon. She was quite shocked plus excited at the same time. HAHAAH!!...SURPRISED! We stayed there for 3days 2nights. We went to Ho chi minh and Saigon. We also went to so many places in that area. Our day is pack with so many activities and exploring new things/places. We went to Benh Than Market, Saigon Skydeck or known as Bitexco Tower, which is the iconic building in Ho Chi Minh city - the tower is almost the same design as Stark's Tower in Ironman movie. We also visited to City Hall, Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral ( the beautiful church from French revolution during war) and Suoi Tien Amusement Park. Well, actually there was a pretty interesting incident happened during our visit to the park. We are big fans of Harry Potter movies. We were so damn excited to know that there is a Harry Potter castle in that park and we quickly bought the ticket to the castle. But we had a strange feelings when entering to this castle. It is Harry Potter but not that "Harry Potter castle". Do u get what i mean??? Yes it is Harry Potter castle but it is JUST A THEME!! It is HP haunted castle. Which means we were entering a haunted castle. A castle that full of haunted stuffs and ghost. DAMNNN! We already bought the ticket and it will be such a waste if we didnt use the ticket. And u know what! This is the first in a lifetime i enter to big ghost house. Nervous, freak and frighten all the way. There are 7 sections that we need to pass through the castle to reach the end. SUCH A LONGGG JOURNEY! We were acting like crazy in there. That was such a great new experience for me because i really dont like to go to ghost house before but i actually did it because of Harry Potter! That will be the last ghost house and i will never enter to any ghost house again...Dot!! Then, we also went to the famous post office in Vietnam which is Saigon Central Post Office (i think it is the beautiful and awesome post office i've ever been because the architectural is so awesome!) and we also never missed to try the Vietnamese coffee...yummyyy! I think there are many places that we can explore in Vietnam. Maybe in other time i will continue my next adventure to Hanoi, Vietnam.
Next trip was a short trip to Singapore. This trip was never been planned before and i've never think about it too. This trip is just happened like SNAPPP! Me and my friend were feeling so bored. We wanted to have fun and relax our mind after been busying with lots of works. We need something that is fun, cool, adventure but enjoy and nice. So we suggested to go to Rainforest Lumina. We went there by car because we're all from JB, so it shoudn't be a problem to go there. Rainforest Lumina is known and famous as a luminous rainforest that is located near the Singapore's Zoo.The first such experience in Southeast Asia, Rainforest Lumina is such a mesmerizing place with wonderful audio-visual experience that opens at night. There have 10 interactive zones to be visited that will take you through a magical adventure like no other. We took a walk from the first entrance until the end. It took us about an hour to complete all attractions due to the weekday visit. It is mind blowing and creative adventures to be part of this short trip. We also got glow in the dark bracelet for free at the entrance gate of the Rainforest Lumina. We can pick which bracelet with animal symbol that we want. Well, in conclusion, travel is never a matter of money but courage. If you have courage to travel it is possible to travel around the world. Nothing lasts forever except the day before you start your vacation. To travel is to see the world...or maybe to see beyond the world..if you are lucky enough, HAHAH!! The world is too big to stay in one place. Life is to short to do just one thing. This is not the end of my travelling. The journey is too long and too far to see.
